YOAKE entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the provision of its services, "IRC APP" (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). The individual using the Services shall hereinafter be referred to as the "User".
This Policy outlines how the Company handles user information and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
1. Information Collected
When using the Services, the Company may collect the following information and other related data from Users (hereinafter referred to as "User Information"):
- (1)Nickname, age, gender, nationality, area of residence, email address, phone number, wallet address.
- (2)Terminal ID (e.g., UDID hash value), device type, MAC address, operating system, terminal language settings, access country, etc.
- (3)Service version, location information, usage history, IP address, cookies, etc.
- (4)Details related to inquiries, troubleshooting, and investigations into user information.
2. Purpose of Use

The Company collects and uses User Information through lawful and appropriate means for the following purposes:
①To provide various features of the Services.
②To respond to inquiries, feedback, and other communications.
③To verify users’ identities and eligibility to use the Services.
④To fulfill contractual and legal obligations, and facilitate transactions.
⑤To plan and improve the Services.
⑥To propose and announce products and services offered by the Company or its partners.

⑧To conduct surveys, analysis, and research related to campaigns, questionnaires, and industry trends.
⑨To accept audition applications, notify selection results, and, with the applicant's consent, conduct publication and promotional activities on the Company's media and related social media platforms.

⑪To investigate and address violations of the Terms of Use or misconduct.
⑫To cooperate with public authorities in compliance with laws and regulations.
⑬To achieve purposes incidental to the above.
⑭For any other purposes specified at the time of data collection.
- (2)If User Information is to be used for purposes not stated above, the Company will obtain prior consent, except in cases permitted by law.
3. Use of User Data Connected to External Accounts
The Services may offer an external account authentication function (hereinafter referred to as the "External Account Authentication Function"), such as through Google, LINE, or Apple, to log in more easily and securely. When utilizing the External Account Authentication Function, the Company shall handle User data as follows.

Types of Acquired User Data
The Company shall acquire the following User data (hereinafter referred to as the "Acquired User Data") from the external service related to the External Account Authentication Function being used:
① Basic profile information for Google Accounts (Name, email address, profile image, etc.)
② Basic profile information for LINE Accounts (Display name, User ID, profile image, email address, etc.)
③ Basic profile information for Apple IDs (Name, email address, etc.)
*This information is acquired only within the scope consented to by the User on the authentication screen of each service.

Purposes of Data Utilization
The Company shall utilize the Acquired User Data for the following purposes:
① To provide login, identity verification, and account linkage functions using each External Account.
② To identify the User within the Service and provide appropriate content and services.
③ To prevent unauthorized use and ensure security through authenticated accounts.
- (3)
Data Sharing
The Company does not provide or share the Acquired User Data with any third parties. This data is used only within the scope necessary for providing the Service.

Data Storage and Protection
The acquired Acquired User Data shall be securely stored and managed, after encryption, in the secure environment of the external data management service "Privy" (provided by Privy Inc.) adopted by the Company.
Privy ensures the security of personal information and authentication credentials by encrypting User data obtained through OAuth authentication and implementing access control. The Company does not store the Acquired User Data on its own servers through Privy. Furthermore, data processing, including that by Privy, is conducted in compliance with the developer policies and security guidelines set by each external service, such as Google, LINE, and Apple, as well as the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data Retention and Deletion
If a User withdraws from the Service or requests deletion through an inquiry, the Company shall promptly delete the Acquired User Data.

Policy Compliance
The Company shall comply with the various policies and terms of use stipulated by the providers of the External Accounts.
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide User Information to third parties without user consent, except as permitted by law.
5. Data Management and Security
The Company implements necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to ensure its secure management.
6. Outsourcing of Data Handling
The Company may outsource the handling of User Information, in whole or in part, to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. When outsourcing the handling of User Information, the Company will:
- (1)Ensure that the third party maintains a sufficient level of security to manage User Information safely.
- (2)Appropriately select the third party based on their security standards.
- (3)Establish agreements or contracts with the third party that address the proper management of User Information, including confidentiality, prohibition of re-disclosure, and other necessary measures to ensure proper information management.
- (4)Provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the third party to ensure compliance with these agreements and secure handling of User Information.
7. User Rights and Data Requests
If a user or their representative requests any of the following regarding User Information, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations, after verifying the identity of the user or their representative:
- (1)Notification of the purposes for which the User Information is being used.
- (2)Disclosure of User Information (including disclosure of records of third-party sharing).
- (3)Correction, addition, or deletion of User Information.
- (4)Suspension of use, elimination of User Information, or suspension of sharing with third parties.
To make such requests, please contact the inquiry desk provided in Section 8. Please note that a processing fee of 500 yen (including tax) per request will be charged for notifications of purposes of use, disclosure of User Information, or disclosure of records of third-party sharing.
